Disabling an account is a softer action than stopping trading. It pauses trading activity without necessarily closing the account or cancelling a subscription.
Stopping vs disabling
Stopping trading is designed to close trading activity immediately. Disabling puts the account on hold and can be reactivated later.
1. Open account options
Go to account settings and tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
2. Tap Disable account
Select Disable account from the menu.
3. Confirm
Read the confirmation explaining that trading activity will be paused. Confirm only once you understand the effect.
4. Reactivate when ready
You can reactivate from account settings when you want the account to operate again.
